Francis J. DeVito, Attorney at Law

Frank DeVito has approximately 45 years of experience representing banks and major national corporations in areas of complex commercial litigation, health and hospital litigation, school board/employee disputes, collection, foreclosure, loan workouts, residential and commercial loans, asset-based lending, zoning and development, liquor licensing issues, and physician/hospital disputes.

 

Through these ventures, he has developed imaginative and successful replevin and collection procedures.  His successful efforts and activities in these areas are widely recognized and respected. In addition, he functions as an arbitrator for the Superior Court of New Jersey, has been a municipal attorney for more than a decade, is Counsel to the Bergen County Economic Development Corporation and a well known school board attorney and is a respected authority in the state of New Jersey. He is responsible for attracting national and regional corporations to use his and the firm's services in New Jersey and New York. 

As an entrepreneur, Mr. DeVito has owned several retail businesses and is recognized as a commercial and residential developer. In addition, he built, owns, and operates a marina on the Jersey Shore and Spa in North Jersey.  

EDUCATION 

Bachelor of Science:

St. Peter's College 1965, completing his college curriculum in only 3 years and graduating second in his class. 

Juris Doctor:

Rutger's University 1968, was a Law Review candidate and graduated in the top 5% of his class, and received his L.L.M. in the areas of Commercial Law and Tax from New York University in 1972.

Frank Rivellini, ESQ.

Frank Rivellini has been with the law firm for over 26 years. He is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts in New Jersey and the State Courts in New York. 

Mr. Rivellini has approximately 35 years of experience in the areas of Real estate, business sales and purchases, Farm law in New Jersey, landlord tenant issues and lease negotiations, liquor license matters including transfers, renewals and violations, bank loan reviews, mortgage foreclosure, commercial and residential real estate transactions and land use, as well as commercial and construction litigation and matrimonial litigation, wills and estate matters, and personal injury. He also supervises the firm's real estate, liquor licensing department, co-manages the firm's loan workout department, and he has been active in developing and growing the firm's liquor license work and related activities. He has been the attorney for the Paramus Board of Adjustment and the Planning Board Attorney for the Borough of Paramus. He represents several condominium and co-operative complexes in the State of New Jersey.
